Dining
GCIMUN 2026 will provide breakfast, lunch and snacks on all 3 days of the conference.
Transportation
Please note that transportation will not be provided. Delegates will have to manage transportation on their own for all three days of the conference.

Cash payment at counter or bank transfer to Global College International account. Registration fee: NPR 3,700 per individual delegate, NPR 3,500 per school delegate (minimum 10 delegates).

For delegates traveling from abroad
Flights
International delegations will have to book their own flights. We recommend arriving by February 18th at the latest and departing on February 22nd. Please email us your flight details to coordinate accommodation.
Transportation
Global College International provides pickup and drop-off between conference venue, airport, and accommodation sites. All accommodation options are within 1.0 km radius of the venue.
Accommodation
We offer partnerships with nearby hotels including daily breakfast, Wi-Fi, mineral water, and other amenities. Detailed accommodation options and pricing available upon request.

Payment can be made by demand draft or electronic transfer. Alternatively, international delegations may choose to pay in cash on the first day of the conference on school premises. Contact the secretariat at gcimun@gci.edu.np to receive a letter of confirmation.
