A literal vanguard of the Nepal MUN circuit, Syed has spent years sculpting the minds of young diplomats, though he's far too humble to ever admit he's the smartest person in the room (even if his points of order suggest otherwise). Rupak combines a calm demeanor with a sharp eye for aesthetics and a deep passion for international relations. As a poised introvert, he brings a thoughtful and stylish approach to the dais, showing that serious discussions can be both insightful and engaging. Having previously delegated at GCI in earlier years, he now returns as a part of the Executive Board. This year, Rupak is serving as the Deputy High Commissioner for UNHCR at GCI MUN, ready to deliver a dose of calm confidence and a touch of humor.
